Exceptional service...! Going above and beyond We had a small problem with one of our holiday lets and needed to buy a new bed today, after calling every bed shop on the IOW Wayne at IW Furniture was the only one who had a bed in stock that could be collected that day. We paid for the bed and arranged for a man and a van to collect the bed. The man and a van never turned up leaving us and our guests without a bed, Wayne went out of his way to ensure we were not left in the dark and delivered the new bed himself and took away the old one. Exceptional service and quality from someone who really cares about their customers, I can't recommend highly enough and we will be using him for all our furniture needs from now on! My dad ordered a table and chairs from you and when it was in store to be collected I had a phone call to say it was ready for collection , I explained that my dad was ill  in hospital and that I could collect , but instead you  offered to deliver it to my dads home , I cannot thank you enough . Fantastic service from ordering, delivery & building the furniture for us. Delivery was quick, they brought it into the house at a time we were home from work and came back to build the double bed & cabinets up for us once we had cleared the bedroom of the old furniture, again in the evening after work. Very nice guy I bought bed room set from him and when he set it up he said there was a scratch at bottom of chest of drawers that I could nt see but he was nt happy with that and 2 weeks later phoned me to say he had ordered a replacement and could he come back to change it would definitely buy from him again

I have recently bought many items from IW Furniture, and will certainly be buying more in the future. The products themselves are, of course, very good indeed, and very, very affordable; but it is IW Furniture's service which is truly outstanding. They have gone the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating, for which I am very grateful given that I divide my time between London and the Island, and am therefore not always readily available.
