We had a small problem with one of our holiday lets and needed to buy a new bed today, after calling every bed shop on the IOW Wayne at IW Furniture was the only one who had a bed in stock that could be collected that day. We paid for the bed and arranged for a man and a van to collect the bed. The man and a van never turned up leaving us and our guests without a bed, Wayne went out of his way to ensure we were not left in the dark and delivered the new bed himself and took away the old one. Exceptional service and quality from someone who really cares about their customers, I can't recommend highly enough and we will be using him for all our furniture needs from now on! Thank you very much Wayne and everyone at IW Furniture!
