We paid for the bed and arranged for a man and a van to collect the bed. The man and a van never turned up leaving us and our guests without a bed, Wayne went out of his way to ensure we were not left in the dark and delivered the new bed himself and took away the old one. Exceptional service and quality from someone who really cares about their customers, I can't recommend highly enough and we will be using him for all our furniture needs from now on! Truly, I cannot begin to praise Wayne (& Amy, his showroom manager) enough. She was incredibly helpful over measurements etc. It has been a joy to deal with this company. I have shopped for furniture all over the world (I just came back from living in the USA after 55 years) and the personal attention of this experience tops any other!
