Very solid furniture

Very nice guy I bought bed room set from him and when he set it up he said there was a scratch at bottom of chest of drawers that I could nt see but he was nt happy with that and 2 weeks later phoned me to say he had ordered a replacement and could he come back to change it would definitely buy from him again

We had a small problem with one of our holiday lets and needed to buy a new bed today, after calling every bed shop on the IOW Wayne at IW Furniture was the only one who had a bed in stock that could be collected that day. We paid for the bed and arranged for a man and a van to collect the bed. The man and a van never turned up leaving us and our guests without a bed, Wayne went out of his way to ensure we were not left in the dark and delivered the new bed himself and took away the old one. I love this company. The furniture I bought here is perfect for my needs. It is well-made, and what I needed was in stock. In fact, I went back for more for my second bedroom. Wayne did a fantastic job on delivery dates and times and putting every together for me. It was the equivalent of having custom made furniture! He is so professional. If anyone wants to have a personal and professional experience over buying furniture I cannot rate this company more highly. Truly, I cannot begin to praise Wayne (& Amy, his showroom manager) enough. She was incredibly helpful over measurements etc. It has been a joy to deal with this company. I have shopped for furniture all over the world (I just came back from living in the USA after 55 years) and the personal attention of this experience tops any other!
